Problems with registration

Hallo!

I am a registered user of Smart FTP, but since my last format of the hard disk, I do not succeed to register my software any longer. I have a file named SFTPLicenseKey400013025.exe, but after double-clicking on it and specifying the directory for the installation, nothing happens (indeed, no directory is created indepentently by the path I indicate). Any idea on how to solve this problem?

Please download and install SmartFTP from
https://www.smartftp.com/download

After the installation run the license key setup (SFTPLicenseKey400013025.exe)
