Cannot connect

Greetings,

I just purchased SmartFTP after a trial run. The trial worked great; however, now I cannot conntect to my server. I contacte my host for problems that they may be having and to verify my logon information. Everything checked out ok. I think that the issue may now be a configuration. Any assistance with the issue is appreciated. The follow is the communtication the I receive:

Are you running some kind of firewall?

Yes, the Windows firewall. I disabled it for about 15 minutes. Unfortunately, I still got that messege. I' also using the Norton Anti-Virus; however, not the firewall. Any additional things I may look at. Also, when the software is purchased is their some type of configuration change should be made? Thanks.

It seems to be a firewall/AV problem. Check the norton configuration and disable Worm protection. Also see
