Unable to Connect

Hi there. I am unable to connect. I tried changing between active/passive modes. Looked at the online technical support and on previous threads and haven't found anything useful.

This is what happens when I try to connect:

I looked at the page you pointed me too. I turned off the firewall on my computer and was still unable to connect. Any other suggestions? Log below...

Hello ..

Thanks. It still looks like a problem with a 3rd party software running on your computer. Try to temporary uninstall your antivirus/firewall software and try again.

I can't uninstall my virus scan, but maybe you can help...

I use McAfee VirusScan Enterprise 8.0. I need to list programs that are allowed to send messages out... What is the program name to allow Smartftp to send messages. (e.g. outlook.exe, vpop3.exe, etc). I can't figure out what the application name is for smartftp.

But you probably need the full path to the file.

Yep, you're right. The SmartFTP.exe didn't get me anywhere. This is killin' me. Any suggestions? Please?

The SmartFTP.exe is usually in the following folder:
C:\Program Files\SmartFTP Client 2.0\SmartFTP.exe
