Upload-Direct-Select does not work

When I right click in a folder in the right hand pane next to the folder tree and click Upload-Direct the "Select" button is grayed out. The only way I can upload is Upload-Global Queue-Select. Updating to v2.0.994 hasn't fixed this. Please help.

Hello ..

Make sure that no item is selected in the list control (right pane). Then the "Select..." is enabled.
