Need help I've had a licenced version for atleast a year

Seems that since I updated I can't connect? I get nothing just says it's connecting and hangs their! This sucks because time is a factor for me now and I can't use the software I paid for. Everything worked fine untill I hit check for updates and aplyed it.


I made a post here a day ago or so and have not heard anything would just like to know why this has happened?
