Please make "max threads per site" a favorite-spec

I think one of the most important individual settings for a favorite site would be "max threads" (per site in this case), which is now global queue setting. Many ftp sites limit the number of logins from one IP.

The setting already exists in the favorite item in the Queue dialog.
