Automatic Resume-skip

smartFTP should automatically skip a file, if its file size (and file-name) are exactly the same. this would be very helpful when having big queues.

the feature "skip all" doesn't helps because it skips incomplete files also.

i think if you pick auto resume, it'll skip the same size file as well...

just a guess, didn't try...
