Address / Location for each Browser Window

I searched to see if this topic had been discussed before, and did not see anything, so here goes...

I was wondering if it was in the works to have an address/location bar at the top of each browser window. This would make it easier to see the current path, and lend the ability to type/paste/store locations to allow quick navigation.

Just a thought is all.
