three major request's

first - when a ftp server disconnect because timeout, smartftp don't try to reconnect to continue the download. (in session queue)

second - when smartftp is closed during a download, next time you open it, a popup window should appear to continue to download the files. (in session queue)

three - no "shutdown after download finish" option for session queue.
