In the settings->connection dialog I can set the "Limit local port range" both to the same values (less than 1024), but they are reset upon reboot. Although it's likely that this is part of the relevent FTP RFC(s), *I* want to be able to set them both to the same value <1024 so that I can get around a firewall on a particular site.
Earlier versions of SmartFTP permitted me to use the same port for the upper and lower boundaries of the port range limit, but new versions give me the message "Only one usage of each socket address (protocol/network address/port) is normally permitted.". I would like to be able to override this.
Any chance? No? Please? Pretty please?
