Colored Tabs and Startup

Hello everybody.

These are my two suggestions.

1. COLOR TABS It would be great to have the possibilty to modify the tab color in the same way you can modify the format of the title of Remote Site. In my case, I use SMARTFTP to connect to systems from 3 differents countries and i would like to add one colour for each country.
   STARTUP Is there any option to restart the application from one of your saved workspace?¿ Or Have you only the four options shown in SETTINGS -- INTERFACE.? It would be great even a startup window with all your sites and select wich one you want to connect.

I would like to know if any of these enhancements could be implement in a short time.
