It would be handy with Visual Compare that you can right-click & select files that are not matching or matching.
You can directly drag&drop the folder from the source to destination if you want to synchronize it. Then select "Synchronize" in the file exist dialog.
But we have implemented the feature you requested and it will be available in the next build (1-2 days).
