Adjustable keyboard shortcuts

Hello,
I think it would be a good idea to add an section to settings where you'de be able to change shortcuts, hope I'm not alone:)
Plus I believe there could be an option regarding window behavior similar to auto-hide, but the window would show it there's any action,
not on mouse over, e.g. transfer queue would be hidden and when I upload it would show up and as it's done it would hid itself again

Is it possible now? to change shortcuts ?
Okay I did not found anything where to change them.... so i think it is still not implemented.
It would be very good to have that!
