Workspace Toolbar

Hi,

If you can add a Workspace Toolbar to select the different workspaces (available in the Workspace submenu), it will be a good shortcut, because i often switch between workspace.

The Workspace menu is now implemented as "Tearoff" menu, the changes would be available with the next build.
