If you want to CHMOD multiple files and directories SmartFTP stops the action if there is one error.

Enable the "Continue On Error" option in the settings.

I've enabled the "Continue On Error" CheckBox in Settings -> Transfer -> Files, but SmartFTP stops if the CHMOD-Command couldn't be executed at one file anyway.
