Directory Sizes Ignored

SmartFTP appears to ignore directory sizes even if they are provided by the FTP server. The second column (Size) always appears blank, however, visiting Commands->Show Raw Listing correctly displays the FTP server's output, including the size. Ex:

(this is a folder about 1.8GB in size, but no size is shown in the "explorer" view, right pane, views->details)

I realize that most FTP servers do not provide sizes for directories and would not expect it to display sizes for servers that do not provide sizes, however, servers I frequent do provide sizes in the list response. It would be nice to have the output shown.

Though unneccessary, a screenshot could be made available.

Please test with latest developer build 1.0.982.34.

The size of directories > 0 is displayed in the remote view.
