Menu and Icon Hidden !!!!

Hi.

I'm under WinNT4 SP6.

Sometimes, when I change windows and I go back to smartftp, the Menu bar and icon bar are hidden.
I must minimize and maximize the window to see the menu and icon bar.

This problem not appear always when I change Windows.

I think that a force redraw bar tools will correct this.

But I think its time to update your OS

I'm developer too.

I need to transfer files by ftp to another ftp site directly and SmartFTP do it.

I regret that I must change software because of no stable GUI on this OS.
