Every time I complete the purchase form and hit submit I get a "session timed out!" message and it deletes everything I entered.

We have reported the problem several times to Plimus. They always say their engineers will look into it. And you can guess the result.
I have got your email and forwarded it to Plimus. They hopefully contact you asap to assist you with the purchase.
Did you try a different Internet browser? e.g. FireFox?
