FTP Connect error

Hi, been using smartftp for awhile configurating our website(With no problems i might add). However, lately i get the same error over and over saying -

A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.

- Might also add that it works for other computers in our network.

... then it is most likely a server issue. Try increasing the connection timeout value.

Well as i said, it works on other computers, and i tried upping the connection timeout to 2 minutes with no change.

Have you tried terminating all software firewalls which might be installed (Windows XP SP2 firewall, ZoneAlarm, Kerio Personal Firewall, Norton, McAfee, whatever)?
