what setting do i change to get the website to point to htm

i updated an existing website with a modified htm file. i moved the old htm file to a different folder and place the new htm file in the its original place, but for some reason ,when i go that that website via the browser, it points back to the old htm file and not the new one... how can i get it to look at my new htm file....what setting do i change in the ftp file upload or in the browser, or where?

please help, i have to get this working before Monday morning, Oct 10th.

Hi, this forum is SmartFTP client related help, no webpage creation help.
But your trouble the most likely is browser cache related, try cleaning the cache, or try to press reload few times to see if the updated webpage, also trying to test it from another pc can be a nice idea.
