cursed or idiot?

Which am I with these ftp programs (the subject line says cursed or i d i o t )?

I have the website, log in and password, but I keep getting 'host unable to resolve host name'

any tips would be greatly appreciated (and quickly) to kenmeyerjr@comcast.net !
