Transfer Failed - question.....

Today, I am making changes to my own website for my business, and am have tremendous trouble transferring files through SMART FTP.

It keeps bringing up transfer as failed, but when I disconnect the connections, and re-load it sometimes works after a number of different tries. Please can you advise why this is happening, and how do I fix this ASAP?

This is what it says each time I try to copy and paste files into my wwwroot folder of my account. I don't know if this is a FTP problem with Smart Ftp; or if this has something to do with my server/host provider.

Please could someone get back to me ASAP on this? This is a URGENT request.

I keep trying, but sometimes it works and sometimes the transfer fails as per the errors I receive above. I am using the latest version of Smart FTP.

Sometimes, I also see a message on the top of the internet explorer task bar saying

Well, if your request is so urgent as you say, why don't you save both your and our time by posting the necessary logs in order to help you in the first place? Post the complete logs from the beginning, and your system information from the Help -> About menu.

I'm sorry if you feel my post being nasty, it was not meant to be. I just don't know why people expect being helped ASAP if they don't even provide the minimum necessary information (the logs).
