yea that has happened to me also, even though my website is up http://recreation.teamhalo.co.uk on my smart ftp there shows no files ov any website been uploaded... have a look

My directory window looks the same as Noobinator's screen print. Thanks to those who have replied for confirming that what I was seeing was not unique to my system.

Mine is the same. Can't connect to Wanadoo, but can connect to Streamline. Streamline is new, but I have connected to Wanadoo for the past year through the older version of Smart with no problem

Change the data connection mode

Active Mode (PORT) -> Passive Mode (PASV)
or
Passive Mode (PASV) -> Active Mode (PORT)

It can be changed in the Favorite Item settings or in the Global Settings : Settings -> Transfer
