Problem downloading files to my computer

Aight, heres the problem, when I ftp over to my xbox console, I can't download any of the files from the xbox over to the computer. Just before I updated to the Smartftp V.5, I was able to drag and drop files whenever, with no hassel. Now when I try to drag something over to my computer(either the desktop or a folder) this folder appears: SFTPDROP. I don't know whats going on, but this started when I updated to the lastest version of Smartftp. Please someone can you help, thanks in advance.

Guess what you were right, LOL, I didn't even restart my computer. Thanx for that, I feel real dumb.
