copying files from one folder to another on my server?

Hi, I basically need to duplicate all of my files on the server, copying them from one folder to another. It is about 7 gigs of files, so it would have to be done on the server rather than downloading them to my computer and then re-uploading them to another location. Is this possible with SmartFTP?
