Log in Problems! Please Help!!!!

Okay so I have a Spymac account and where you log in I put in my username and my password but it keeps on saying LOGIN INCORRECT!
Do I use my username and pass. from Spymac or from this website???
Should I just wait?
Is there something wrong?

Hi, you must use of course the password from spymac, but also spymac is well know because it gives a lot of troubles with ftp account.

What should I do now????
What other host can I use?? Cause I wanna use Spymac.
Does anyone else use Spymac??? Please Help me with this.. >_< !
