Smartftp doesn't work with XP firewall

Hi, I just updated my Smartftp to the latest version (1.1.985) and it simply stopped working. It can't connect to any site unless I disable the Win XP firewall. It just says the connection was rejected by the host machine. And yes, Smartftp is in the exceptions list and should be allowed to acces the net as it was before.

This was caused by installing the newest version and having the firewall on. Does anyone know where I could download the previous version of smartftp so I could keep using it normally?

Hi, try this:

Go to the firewalls exception list, delete SmartFTP and try to connect again, when the firewall popups allow it again.

Even though no window popped up like it usually does, Smartftp now works just fine again.
