Conneting Problem

I just started having this problem connectig to our server , I've never had any problems untill a few weeks ago. Now I'm unable to connect. I'am able to connect to other servers just not this one. I get this everytime.

Try connecting via active mode (as the PASV passive mode command seems to fail).

Same problem in active mode.

I try it with the feet command uncheched( I have no Idea what I'm doing) and still get the same.

I don't understand why I can connect to other servers and not just this one.

Hi does anyone have any suggestions here. I do have Zone Alarm but I have granted it full access like you said . I even shut it down but still I'am unable to establish a connection.

I would by the product but If I can't get it working why should I?

it seems the server is misconfigured, as you said yourself this is the only server you're having problems with. can other people from other PCs / with other clients connect? if not, this is definitely not smartftp's fault.

Yes the others can connect to the server with the same smart build as I. Just not me.

I also tried a install of smart FTP on my laptop but I still get the samething.
