Overwriting files in Global Que

When I put items in my global que for download to my local drive (not fxp) it keeps downloading and overwriting then redownloading the same file over and over again. I tried reinstall, reboot, etc. System info below:

I'm facing this same issue but I have only tested when I'm uploading using the Global Queue. I tried the DEV build as suggested but it's still occuring.

For Example:

The file on the server was last updated today 18th May.

The file on the my local computer was last updated in April.

When dragging the file from April into the global queue and uploading it automatically overwrites the newer file on the server which was updated today without any warning what so ever.

This could mean disaster if for example you have a web application which writes records to the database daily and you haven't downloaded it to your local comp for lets say 7 days. Then you go and make some changes to some other pages in your site and then Accidently drag the wrong folder (Which contains this database) into the global queue. The database is then overwritten without warning and you have LOST 7 Days of Records.

Can this be corrected or am I doing something Wrong???
