Error Message- URL Not Supported

I'm trying to use this Smart FTP to download my photo albums from www.fotki.com. When I enter the URL, my user name for the site, and my password (the anonymous box unchecked), I get an error message saying URL is not supported. It was Fotki itself which reccomended this service as a way to save/ download all my pictures from my online photo album to my computer, but does anyone know why I might be unable to login to my site?

this is how your url to type into the address bar should look like: "ftp.fotki.com", not "www.fotki.com" or "http://fotki.com" or something like that. then it should work.
