hi, I am trying to download this software and keep getting this message
"windows installer installation wrapper"
Ste up was unable to up grade the windows installer. failed to load " msi.dll."

any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Use the NSI installer instead of the MSI installer. It's smaller and causes much less problems in my eyes:

If you're using Win98 you may want to install the latest developer build on top of it as a severe bug was fixed:
