that's not a bug, this is how it's supposed to work! imagine dropping files on the "Gobal Queue" tab would be possible, where should the files be uploaded to? you see, you have to specify a destination. therefore, you first drop your files on the "Queue Source" tab, then select your files from there and use the right-click context menu to assign a local or remote destination to the selected files. as soon as a destination has been assigned, files are automatically moved to the "Global Queue" tab, which is nothing more than a list of ongoing transfers.
