Server Timing Out

I keep getting this:

150 Accepted data connection
4560 bytes sent successfully. (4.45 KB/s) (00:00:01).
Connection closed. Server timeout.
PASV
Command aborted. Server timeout.
TYPE A

It lets me upload like 1 file and then times out. What's wrong?
