"No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it."

Now that is one strong message of denial, isn't it?
This is my very first web page, I used MS Publisher to put it together, I'm pretty proud of it, but my host can't figure out why I'm getting rejected, and after 1 1/2 days I can't either.

I had even disabled my personal firewall. No good.

Any suggestions???

Your error can be for 1 of this reasons:

Server issue, the server is down.
Bad configuration of the port of the ftp on your side.
