how do you upload a folder?

i'm sorry, i'm new here.
i'm trying to put zeroboard on my site, and i can't figure out how to upload folders. help!

SmartFTP has a great tutorial set up on the subject ... you can read and see it how its done on that tutorial.

In short what I learnt was activate "connect" to the remote FTP Server ...
At same time activate "local browser" ...

You can highlight the files and folders in the local browser and drag-drop into the "connected" location. Right-click will let you chose ... whether to do a direct (immediate) upload or "Globalque" ... to collect all that you want uploaded later ...

I have only done the direct uploads and they work .... NOW the problem I myself have is how to UNZIP ZIPPED files once uploaded. Double-click doesn't work .
