trouble connecting to an FTP that worked before (HELP!)

hello,

i'm having problems entering an FTP that has worked for me just fine for months, until now. i've contacted the person who runs the site, and he assures me that nothing has changed and that everyone else is getting in just fine. i have not altered ANYTHING in my settings, and i can get into other FTP's that i have been using with no trouble. here is what i am being told (specifics replaced with asterisks for privacy):

bump! please, anyone have any help to offer?

Try to disable -aLT at options settings, directory listing options, or try to change port to pasv.
