I cant connect

wherever i try to connect it says

331 Password required for *=foG.
PASS (hidden)
530 Login incorrect.

and i know i have my login name, ip adress, and password are correct.

Try to change the spaces by %20

The problem is with the spaces in your username.
%20 doesn't fix the problem.

And it's not a problem with SmartFTP.
