Global Queue Repeats Downloads

SmartFTP v1.0.980, Windows XP: Sometimes, after downloading files using Global Queue, the queue window will indicate that the program is wating to retry, and if I don't kill the file, SmartFTP will proceed to redownload the file that it just finished downloading.

How do I fix this?
