This problem started after a SmartFTP update and just today I installed the latest dev build but continue to have the same problem.
When trying to upload a single binary file, the upload starts and appears to finish (according to the status bar) but I get an endless hourglass and then a server timeout. On checking, I find that only part of the file actually uploaded. I changed the timeout time to 60 sec. but that didn't help either. Any more suggestions?

STILL have this problem, except now it also applies to text files. Can't one of you gurus give me a clue?
