I need help downloading :(

i tried to download smart ftp, and i downloaded it to my desktop, but all i get is a little icon that says Smart FTP Setup Files. then when i click on that, it downloads again but i don't get any new program.

i really need this program as soon as possible and any help would be great, thanks.
