Server timeout.

I get this when I try to upload files sometimes (specifically right now):

    Command aborted. Server timeout.



    Connection closed. Server timeout.



    TYPE I



    Command aborted. Server timeout.



    PASV



    Command aborted. Server timeout.



    NOOP



    Command aborted. Server timeout.



    NOOP

It doesn't always happen... just when I try to upload certain files, I
think. I can't really tell what the problem is. Anyone have any ideas?

I am now getting:

450 Transfer aborted.  Link to file server lost.

This is a hellish ordeal.
