'already logged in' error--> how to solve?

Greetings to all members,

just installed smart and already logged into my server, problem is, my machine crashed while uploading and after rebooting I am not able to connect again, the following message is displayed:

220 ftp.users.freewebsites.com NcFTPd Server (licensed copy) ready.
USER 12dreamz
331 User 12dreamz okay, need password.
PASS (hidden)
421 Sorry, you are already logged in.
Cannot login waiting to retry (30s)...

Guess this is a rather newbie problem nevertheless I'd appreciate any pointers. Thank you.

You must wait to the previous connection timeouts from the server to connect again or ask the admin to kick it.
Sometimes with a ! previous to logon you can kick the dead connection.

For example with !12dreamz as logon.
