is it possible that the speed limit option for the global queue does not work?? If I enter 10 KBs/Thread there Smart FTP downloads with highspeed anyway..

I have found this to be the case, also.
SmartFTP v1.0.981
Steps to reproduce:
- Add items to global queue
- Change speed limit from 0 (unlimited?) to any number (in my case, 45)
- Start the queue... and you will see it will use all available bandwidth (no limit)
I am using only '1' thread.
It doesnt make a difference whether I type the number '45' (or any other number) in the "KBps/Thread" box or whether I use the arrows to increase the number.
Closing and re-opening SmartFTP doesn't work either.
Furthermore, I tried clearing and re-adding the items to the queue.
90% of the time, the speed limit is NOT followed. However, occasionally (10%) of the time it does work. There appears to be no logic behind it.
