Installation Error Message

I receive an error msg which says: could not access network location https://www.smartftp.com/Products/SmartFTP/rel0980:cab.

Any suggestions? I receive this every time I attempt to install.

Install the Full Setup:
https://www.smartftp.com/get/SFTPFull.exe

or the NSI Setup:
https://www.smartftp.com/download
