Files doesn't seem to be closed

When using smartftp to transfer (using the queue) files to my xbox, I can't remove folders in which I have files that I previously transfered, even if the transfer is complete. It seems as if smartftp forgets to close file descriptors of transfered files. This was repeatedly experienced using build 979.
