ARHOOK32.dll Error on exit

Just downloaded SmartFTP yesterday and have used it several times. I like it very much and will eventually get licensed. However, every time I exit the program, I get the error "Smartftp has caused an error in ARHOOK32.dll Smartftp will now close. If you continue to experience problems, try restarting your computer".

I've restarted several times, to no avail. My system specs are listed below.

ARHOOK32.dll is not part of SmartFTP. The application using this dll is very likely incompatible with SmartFTP or vice versa.

First please make sure you're running the latest developer build:
https://www.smartftp.com/download

arhook32.dll seems to be a dll used by the Earthlink 5.x software.

Google returns some articles with similiar problems, they may help you fix your problem:

Otherwise uninstall the Earthlink 5.x if you don't need it.
