I just downloaded the latest version of SmartFTP, and when I try to connect to my web server, the directory listing won't display (the list is empty). The log at the bottom of the screen indicates that the directory listing was downloaded, and there are no errors displayed.
I followed the solution for this problem in the KnowledgeBase and went to that favorite's properties and unchecked all the boxes under directory listing options. This didn't fix it.
Also, when I connect to other servers, such as the default favorites like ftp.netscape.com, the directories display fine.
I am using Windows XP Professional and the web host I'm trying to connect to is a Mac OS X Server.
