550 Permission denied.

When I want to download or upload something, the programm always show me:

550 Permission denied.

and then it stop.

Can someone help me?

Not everyone has permissions to upload or download. This is set by the ftp server administrator.

how do ypu get promision then? Is it posibile to make a ftp server that only I have acces to???? if it's posibile!! How????
