Problem with folder creation on VMS server.

When connected to a VMS FTP server, "Commands > New > Folder Insert" fails. When the folder is given the name "fred", SmartFTP sends the command "MKD [fred]" instead of "MKD fred", which causes the server to attempt to create the directory in the file system root (MFD) instead of in the current default directory.

So far as I know, all FTP servers on VMS will accept "fred" and work as desired. None wants "[fred]".
