How do I delete the remote server host names I am not using?

Mmm, not sure if my terminology is correct! I've changed ISPs and hosts a few times, and now when I click that drop-down box with the remote servers listed, the old ones are still listed (in addition to whatever newer ones I'm using of course). How do I get rid of them? They're not interfering with anything, it's just annoying to have to scroll up or down to find the one I want.

I couldn't find this issue addressed in the knowledge base or in a search of forum posts, but it might be the terminology thing.

It's called the History, and can be deleted from:
Tools > Settings -> "History"
